Ulga

I wonder if the first woman who shaved her legs was really popular with the men. I can just see it—a bunch of cavemen sitting around some sticks trying to invent fire, when Ulga walks up in her tunic with a bunch of fresh scabs on her legs after trying to shave the hair off with a sharp piece of flint.

“Ug” the one caveman says to the other, “She may be on to something.”
And thousands of years later, blisters from high heels, push up bras with wire and uncomfortable thongs signalled the beginning of feminity as we know it.

It's all good. . .

Have you ever noticed that all of sudden EVERYONE is using the same, nonsensical expression? It's like pubic hair: You can't remember when it started, or where it came from, but one day you just wake up and everyone is saying "No worries," or "It's all good." Just what are they saying? We had worries before, but now we don't?, or that most people would be worried by what you are saying, but this particular person isn't, so, he/she has to tell you "Hey, I'm better than that, to worry about such a thing, so, No Worries."
It gives me a headache, it really does.
